We’ve made it very easy for you to receive your completed projects and send files to us.

 

For short projects with a file size under 2MB, we’ll usually send an MP3 file as an email attachment. However, for larger projects, and for our clients who need a more secure delivery, we set up a secure area of our FTP site just for you. When we complete your project, we’ll send you an email with complete instructions on how to access your files. Once you log in, you’ll have complete control over uploading and downloading files from our FTP site. All you need to do is “copy/paste” or “drag and drop” files between the FTP site browser window and a folder on your computer. It’s just that simple!

 

If you need to send us files for your project, we’ll need to set up your FTP site ahead of time. Due to the proprietary nature of some of our projects, we do not allow anonymous access to our FTP site.
